ENTRY FEES unless indicated otherwise in Schedule

Levy £4 per competitor. Entry per class £8 on Show Day (RRC members £7). All entrants receive a reduction of £1 per class from entries received by 6pm on Friday 12th August. Payment is by CASH ONLY on Show Day. Advance entries accepted by post using the official entry form or by website submission. Advance Payment by credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment by cheque will only be accepted up to 6pm on Tuesday 2nd August. NO CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

All Winners must undertake to return trophies in a clean undamaged condition in good time for the 2012 Open Show.

1st and 2nd from classes 1 to 9 of Style and Appearance, and class 32 of Working Hunter compete for overall Ridden Show Champion/Reserve who then go forward into the Supreme Championship.

1st and 2nd from In Hand classes 12 to 18 compete for overall In Hand Champion/Reserve who then go forward into the Supreme Championship.

1st and 2nd from classes 33 to 40 of Working Hunter compete for overall Working Hunter Champion/Reserve who then go forward into the Supreme Championship.

Spurs are only allowed in classes marked {spurs}

We try to accommodate competitors when classes clash. A TWO minute call will be issued for any competitor not present when required without explanation. You must notify the caravan if you are engaged in another class otherwise you will be automatically scratched.

SHOWJUMPING 9.30am Judges: Michael Kitson & Amy Cooke
Actual jump heights are at the committee’s discretion subject to ground conditions on the day.
Show jumping faults are:- knockdown = 4 faults, refusal = 4 faults, dismount or fall = 9 faults, 2nd refusal or dismount = elimination.
Class 22 - Lead Rein rider 9 years & under [1’6"] (To be held over a shortened course of 4 to 6 jumps with a timed jump-off) Sponsored by Amber Tyre & Auto Centre
Classes 23 to 30 will be held over a course of 10 first round jumps. Unless eliminated competitors will stay in the ring after their first round and undertake a timed jump-off round of 6 jumps. For larger classes the jump-off may be restricted to clear or low fault rounds at the discretion of the Showjumping Judge. Listen for instructions.
